| Application of high efficient heat transfer tubes in refrigeration system can remarkably enhance energy efficiency. In this article, two different types of enhanced heat transfer tubes have been produced and featured. The mechanical property and processing property of sintered porous surface tube have been measured and results show all data is subject to relative standards and meet requirement of application in refrigeration field. Heat transfer performance of those tubes has been researched in multiple refrigeration working conditions by running R134a refrigerant in single tube test rig. Results indicate that in all refrigeration working conditions, sintered porous surface tube has better ho and Uo performance than plain tube and fin tube. Especially, ho performance of sintered porous surface tube has 8 times better than plain tube and 1 time better than fin tube. According to trial data, relation between q and ho of both tubes has been built and has a practical engineering application value. Sintered porous surface tube has better heat transfer performance compared to fin tube which is widely applied in refrigeration system and also can make heat exchanger more efficient and compact which will have a bright application future in refrigeration field. |
