Today’s society is facing the double test of environment pollution and energy crisis,because electric cars using electricity and can achieve zero emissions and presents the accelerating trend.But electric cars there is security, stability, and such problems as lack of line continuation mileage.Electric car that runs on different road surface, subject to the conditions of road adhesion conditions and often occur the phenomenon of excessive driving wheel slip.This phenomenon reduces the electric vehicle drive efficiency.Electric cars anti-skid drive control, this paper made the following work:Firstly, based on the electric vehicle simulation software advisor and according to the stress of the electric car, the relationship between energy transfer model. Model including vehicle module module, the wheel module, the main reducer, transmission module, power bus module and battery module.Secondly, identification based on electric vehicle dynamic model and the tire model, the optimal slip ratio in real time measure the electric car’s actual speed, wheel speed and wheel angular acceleration, respectively to calculate the electric car of the actual slip rate and calculate the tire-road friction coefficient, using tire under different pavement model at the same time, the actual slippage rate under the theory of tire-road friction coefficient, the actual tire-road friction coefficient of tire-road friction coefficient is compared with theory, and then identify the optimal slip ratio of the current road.Finally, based on the fuzzy control to realize real-time control, the optimal slip ratio, the electric car of the slip rate of error and error derivative as input variable of fuzzy controller,driving moment as output variables of the fuzzy controller, fuzzy controller according to the set rules to control, realize the electric car running in the state of the optimal slip ratio, the other for the scaling factor fuzzy controller to adjust the difficult problem, the design variable scaling factor controller through simulation analysis, the fuzzy control and variable scaling factor fuzzy control can be accurate slip rate control at the optimal slip ratio, and change the scaling factor fuzzy control system is higher than that of pure fuzzy control in the response speed and precision of the steady state performance is better.
