The thesis choose wire as the subject, test on wires and analysis them, explore its aging characteristics, in order to achieve the purpose to predict life, provide a better basis for varieties and types of product by studying the reliability of wires.According to the contents above, the main contents of this thesis are:First, study theoretical accelerated life test deeply, the test based on accelerated life testing should be meta-analysis. The thesis selection is based on constant stress, timed of accelerated aging of wires under over-current test methods.Secondly, analyze the physical and chemical properties of the material insulation of wire products. We choose dielectric loss as the main feature of the aging test, combined with supplementary insulation, according to analyze the trend of the ageing data; we judge the characters of aging.Again, choose the stress level, after the integration of varies of available test equipment and other resources and then test on the samples according the plan, complete the experiment.Finally, the resulting test parameters were statistically analyzed, including regression analysis, statistical analysis based on inverse power law model and statistical analysis based on the distribution of Weibull, have the life drawing and contrast difference between the two curves, calculate and predict the life of the wire on normal stress level, the main and most importantly, through statistical analysis of the probability of life and give wire failure condition in daily use estimates to achieve the purpose of prevention of fires.
