The diffusion absorption heat transformer not only has the advantages of the traditional absorption heat transformer which can transform the middle-temperature heat into the high-temperature heat driven by the middle-temperature heat, but also it can be driven without electricity input with simple structure. As the important part of the diffusion absorption heat transformer to free of the mechanical pump, the performance of the bubble pump is significant to the stable operation and efficiency of the diffusion absorption heat transformer. In this thesis, lots of experimental and theoretical researches have been conducted, which can provide important data for the design of the diffusion absorption heat transformer. The main content are as follows:(1) A new resistance correction has been put forward with an empirical formula which can well fit the result of experiment results and also predict experiment results well.(2) The refrigerant mass flow rates increased with the diffusion gas mass flow rates increased at the specified lift tube diameters, gas temperatures and motive heads, but there were limitations of the growth. The liquid-gas ratios decreased rapidly while the gas mass flow rates increased, which may be relate to the massive flow in the lift tube.(3) The smaller the lift tube diameter was, the larger the refrigerant mass flow rate was, but the smaller the liquid-gas ratio resulted in the wider adjustable range of the diffusion gas mass flow rate at the specified gas temperature, diffusion gas mass flow rate and motive head.(4) The refrigerant mass flow rates increased with the increases of the gas temperatures while the liquid-gas ratios decreased inversely at the specified lift tube diameters, diffusion gas mass flow rates and motive heads.(5) The motive heads had few influence on the effect of diffusion at the specified lift tube diameters, gas temperatures and diffusion gas mass flow rates. The smaller the motive head was, the smaller the liquid-gas ratio was and the larger the adjustable range of the diffusion gas mass flow rate which will be more suitable to the small circulating ratio of the diffusion absorption heat transformer.
