And the fault and its processing database was built according to the analysis of the fault. Then the fault code was displayed on the screen of the intelligent valve postioner and alarm was made. So the results of fault can be obtained and the fault can be solved. In addition, the predictive estimation can be made, and the maintance period and the wearing period of the parts of the valve were achieved. So the pre-maintanance work can be realized and the valve can run for a long time without fault.
