The box culvert bridge,located in laizhou city yu tai street, the Yellow River irrigation canals ZhuGanQu,supports at 300 mm thick artificial fill sand gravel foundation.C25 cushion layer and the foundation laid a layer between geotextile 300g/m2,Box culvert base plate is equipped with 40 mm to 30 mm- north and south to the center of 20 mm wide V transverse flux expansion joints,Box culvert base plate is dividedinto equivalent two units rather than the whole floor.After the bottom box culvert construction,Found box culvert slab center north west from 5 ° south east deviate from 5 °,If rotary movement to channel center overlap,On both ends of the box culvert apoapsis east to the west the horizontal displacement of curved 2310 respectively.This article is in view of the fission box culvert bottom friction type rotating shift engineering,Studied using cylinder pushing directly reinforced concrete box culvert bottom shear and gravel base in combination with the friction between theory,Calculation of box culvert engineering and friction coefficient between slab and foundation soil shear strength,designibng economic applicable design temporary reaction force wall structure made of steel and concrete. Ingenious use of the v-shaped expansion joint lateral disconnected condition to develop together with the device,n order to reach bottom synchronous rotation displacement constraint fission box culvert.At the same time, monitoring instrument is used in the process of monitoring and collecting box culvert base plate rotating floor displacement change, reaction wall displacement and soil counterforce on the back wall of the wall in the process of compression deformation and the deformation of the device itself and relative displacement between the two pieces of floor information,Box culvert slab are analyzed in detail and the reaction relationship between stress and strain of the wall.Engineering studies show that,compare plane friction displacement technology with existing technology shift,can save a lot of set and consumption investment of construction auxiliary structure,such as trays, tracks, intermediate roller, friction pad,and other settings, significantly reduce the project cost, shorten the construction period, and the construction process is simple and convenient。Engineering research and successful application of plane friction shifter technology enriched and developed the shifting technique of existing buildings.For building harmonious city of resource-saving and environment-friendly,it has practical social and economic value。Plane friction-type shift technology is mainly used for:1、Existing buildings original positioning function lost,by shifting(including horizontal shift, rotating shift, etc.)to correct "gaffe" to maintain normal use,or for meeting the new planning,the "footprint" of the existing buildings is shifted to the designated area in order to avoid unnecessary demolition.2 、 This technique can be extended to buildings and structures –it’s not plate Infrastructure, but after the transformation can form overall a good approximation slab foundation,volume is not too big and moving distance is not too far, and need to "slip off".3、It is not suitable for use in buildings and structures-that has the giant heavy load, is super multi-layer and has over-long shift distance.
