Suspension shock absorber in applications automotives have been a century of history,this thesis mainly aimed at the suspension damper performance matching and modeling methods, specific contents are discussed as follows.A city SUV Mc Pherson suspension damper is chosen as the main object, first of all,the vehicle parameters and the first suspension parameters are used to determine the suspension stiffness ratio, mass ratio, and safe on ratio and optimum damping ratio; Shock absorber is established in recovery and compression stroke speed characteristic of mathematical model,and obtain piecewise linear outer characteristic curve; 1/2 suspension model is established based on ADAMS platform,suspension potional parameters are simulated, experimental results is verified by the optimum damping matching rationality.Then, based on damper work mechanism and structural characteristics, the recovery and compression stroke mathematical model are derived, an equivalent hydraulic damper model is created by AMESim platform. Considering the nonlinear elastic characteristics of the valve piece, finite element analysis method based on Solidworks is used in establish the recovery valve and compression valve sheet, simulation, and evaluate the valve reaction force curve and deformed, and import of AMESim simulation of hydraulic model. Performed for each of the hydraulic model parameters, obtain a batch simulation and test outer damper characteristic curve to verify the correctness of the hydraulic model. Based on the differential piston body,different combinations of valves within the shock absorber and other parameters based on hydraulic simulation are modeled to obtain external characteristics of the shock absorber damping force variation values ? ? and different factors affect the speed range.Finally, put shock absorber and solution of the indicator diagram area energy calibration method is proposed. A shock absorber dynamometer area and plumpness mathematical model is created, based on the computer platform Matlab image recognition technology used in shock absorber dynamometer testing and the number of pixels and area ? ? solving;Lab VIEW Platform is used to comput the shock absorber in a working trip to absorb the total energy, then obtain quantitative analysis of the relationship between shock absorber dynamometer area and absorbed energy, enrich the foundation for improving the damper performance evaluation method.
