With the rapid development of urban construction, as well as more and more nervous ground, development of underground space has become the urban construction can not be a lack of means. In addition, in order to harmony and unity of the urban construction and civil air defense construction, in urban underground space development such as underground shopping malls, underground passage, civil air defense engineering, subway and other underground facilities become the society and people care about things. But the development of underground space due to some unfavorable factors may lead to the development of underground space engineering accident occurred, so how to avoid these disadvantages, reasonable, safe, and efficient development of underground space become the underground construction engineering research need to be concerned about.In the development of urban underground space, shallow dark excavation method is a relatively common construction method, based on shallow buried excavation of theoretical basis, introduces the the deformation mechanism of the ground subsidence caused by, under different geological conditions for, and in the construction caused ground settlement of factors, the according to the practical engineering analysis provide theoretical support.For more effective analysis of underground space development in urban construction,this paper to the excavation of Beijing Commercial Street underground passage as the research object, excavation of underground passage in practical engineering in some deformation and simulation analysis. According to the field monitoring data of a tunnel, analysis the channel excavation induced ground deformation. The results show that the settlement slot width and verify the CRD method in shallow buried tunnel excavation method rationality, analysis of tunnel subsidence settling tank and in the whole construction process settlement curve. Then, according to the finite element analysis software Plaxis3 D in theory analysis of tunnel in the process of excavation,according to the results of the simulation model to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of found tunnel wall in the tunnel settlement in a certain range a pommel horse shaped deformation of this phenomenon, based on the comparison between the theory and practice of to analysis under the same modeling simulation analysis of another channel excavation and according to the actual monitoring data to validate the model selection and the reliability of software in the engineering simulation for future similar engineering excavation provides complete support.
