| To organize through train for loading area actively, not only solve the problem that marshalling station capacity becomes more and more insufficient, but also speed up cargo turnover and improve the quality of service. Currently, with the decrease of the market share of rail transport goods, it is the transport organization of through train for loading area that can awaken the transport market. In this paper, the organization characteristic of day-based station-to-station, station-to-district, station-to-marshalling through train and period-based through train has been put forward. In terms of four basic forms of through train for loading area, the analysis on the cost of car operating which contains three parts——car-adaption cost, car-hours cost and the loss of railway line untapped, solve the problem of the operation in day-based through train and period-based train form. And the paper gives the calculation of the economic advantages, the car group’s forming and the common car flow routing requirement for period-based through train.Based on the characteristics of original traffic flow for loading area, a through train formation plan optimization model is established. It is a nonlinear 0-1 programming model whose object is to minimize car-hours of formation plan and it takes plan uniqueness, loading and unloading capacities, traffic condition as the constraint. In view of the particularity of organizing the period-based through train, the model is divided into two sub-models——the optimization sub-model of day-based through train and the optimization sub-model of period-based through train. Then the optimal solution can be obtained by solving the two sub-models.This paper takes the car flows from Hailaer initial area to Sanjianfang, Haerbinnan and Chenggaozi terminal area as examples in order to verify the validity of the model, and then the formation plan is designed. The analysis and calculation of transit car times with resorting and total cost savings which are related to the through train proportion provide a method for formation plan economic benefits. |
