Integration of asynchronous motor is a kind of equipment that combines asynchronous motor with power electronic converters. The system integration of motor ontology and power electronic technology is to put motor ontology, power electronic and information communication together effectively from the concept level. It’s to realize the integration of parts in the physical form, such as motor ontology, power electronic converters and so on. And it’s to reach the generality and modularity from the view of production. It can achieve the configuration, protection and diagnosis alone, complete the communication and exchange friendly. Eventually it can achieve the transformation and delivery from the electric energy to the mechanical energy.The controller is the important part of the integration asynchronous motor, because its performance reflects the integrated, intelligent, universal and informational extent of the integration asynchronous motor. Generally, the main circuit of the controller adopts the topology of AC-DC-AC converter. And As the DC part is voltage source character or current source character, the converter can be divided into voltage source converter and current source converter. Traditionally, the research and application on voltage source converter is broad relatively compared with current source converter. However, current source converter has its irreplaceable advantages, such as high system reliability, avoiding breakdown fault so that it can permit the error action of power devices and the load transient short circuit, the simple topology for high power applications which can reduce the number of power devices, and the four quadrant operation without additional power devices. In this paper, the main circuit of the controller adopts current source converter.This paper discusses the topology of the integration asynchronous motor, ensures the scheme that the main circuit adopts current source converter. Three phase power frequency AC power supply acts as the input of current source converter, then is rectified by three phase controlled rectifier. The DC part uses the DC bus inductor to store energy and filter harmonic, so that it shows current source character. Then current source inverter can convert the bus current to three AC current, which is filtered by the output filters. The paper adopts current space vector PWM modulation technique, zero state distinction and two-three value logic transformation, eventually obtains three value logic PWM driving pulse. The paper uses the state equation in the synchronous rotating orthogonal coordinate system by the rotor flux oriented of the three phase asynchronous motor, and designs the rotor flux oriented control system of the current source inverter driving system eventually. And this paper uses MATLAB/simulink tools to complete the simulation on the control system. Eventually the paper develops a prototype of the current converter of the integration asynchronous motor. The experimental results show the feasibility of the scheme.
