Beijing high-rise buildings with deep foundation pit, the foundation bearing capacity and differential settlement control have higher requirements for, CFG pile composite foundation due to the better economy, mature technology and gr een environmental protection and other advantages, in Beijing’s eastern and Sou thern is widely used, but the settlement deformation calculation method at pres ent, there are still some problems.CFG pile composite foundation related theory research, because of the co mplexity of soil mechanical properties, the influence factors are more, pile soil bearing capacity reduction coefficient and other reasons, more difficult to accu rately calculate the settlement of composite foundation. Because Beijing Eastern and southern regions of formation for the clay and sand, bearing capacity is not high, according to the technical code for building pile foundation calculatio n of CFG pile composite foundation final settlement and settlement monitoring results were coMPared with a greater safety margin. In order to more objectiv e and accurate calculation of CFG pile composite foundation bearing capacity a nd settlement value, the foundation stress deformation is studied and applied, c orrected for more objective foundation.In this paper, the CFG pile composite foundation bearing principle, pile so il stress transfer allocation mechanism; considering the side friction of pile and soil rebound and compression deformation iMPact, of technical code for buildi ng pile foundation of CFG pile composite foundation bearing capacity and settl ement calculation formula is amended; according to the engineering geological conditions in Tong State District, a residential project, by using finite differenc e software FLAC3D simulating the force deformation. Analysis many factors in fluence on the settlement; after inspection of the project of composite foundatio n bearing capacity settlement monitoring data, the "norm" calculation results an d correct the contrastive analysis of the calculated results, verify that the modif ied calculation formulas of, and the optimal project is designed. Meet the desig n requirements of bearing capacity and settlement, and save the project cost.
