Controllable torque hydraulic pul se wrench in production site use is very common, es pecially in the process of manual operation, but it is affected by t he influe nce of pres sure, materia ls, and other external conditi ons greatly, whi ch lead to make an impact on the engine bolt tightening torque, thereby a ffecting the binding surface of the seal, c ausing quality leakage(leakage, oi l spill s, leaka ge hidden trouble.The current production si te a re used for hydraulic pulse wrench bolts matter,applicable pressure range(0.4-0.6) Mpa, because the pressure is dynamic every day,leading to the same hydraulic pulse wrench bolt matter whe n t here will be physical bias, influence fina l tightening tor que. Different engines in differ ent pr ocesses in t he as sembly of parts of different materials, using the same hydraulic pulse wrench will affect t he final tightening torque. Furthe rmore, when us ed i n the field of hydraulic pulse wrench matter, connec ting rod length vari es tor que caused by the loss of which can not be calculate d, if the process i s still in accor dance with the provisions of calibrated torque wrenc h will seriously affect the final fi nal tightening tor que.This paper describes the use of controllable torque hydraulic wr ench, and the current use of the problem of hydraulic wrench. Through the production of field collected a large amount of data, 100 e ngines on the same part with a location bolt torque were recorded. Through a s ingle data analysi s, the unqualified bad data elimination, and then use t he corresponding analysis tools for data analysi s. The SPC control chart analys is method to collect the data analysis, the fitting l ine method for analyzing controllable hydr auli c pulse wrench in different materials, different connec tion rod, tighten the performance under different pressure, differ ent manufacturers and multipacks l ine diagr am method of torque devi ati on analysis. The pur pose is t o solve t he key problems in the current production field, such as the three leakage problem, through the proce ss experiment and verification.Through a large number of experiment al dat a analysis and pr oof, does not eliminate the deviation of t hese objective factors, effect on product quality and pr oduct performance caused by different, thus made it clear to eliminat e the deviation and the basis for optimizing process parameters. Through online sensor detection technology, thr ough the use of tools, such as SPC analysis to determi ne these deviations is how to influence t he final tightening properties, such a s pressure variation on torque is how to influence the; the differe nt connecting rod length, is not the sa me as the mome nt of iMpact, with the increase of rod length, torque is how attenuation; fast eners of differ ent mat eria ls, the tightening torque is how t o cha nge,this paper to aluminum and iron materials, for example were studied. Through the conclusi on of the s tudy into pr actice and reduce test rework rate, reduce leakage fail ure rate, reduce repair cos ts, improve customer sa tisfaction. In t his paper, t aking this test methods(eg: same as other variables to control only one variable, the var iabl e effect study conclusions), hydraulic pulse wr ench study under the same ambient conditions in different connecting rod, different pressures, tighten the properties of different mat eria ls to form concl usions, so as to accurately cali brate the production site of the oil pulse torque wrench, to provide production technology to providepr otection for the development of product quality, and can provide a reference for technica l personnel.
