| With the development of society and the improvement of people’s life, the auto-mobile has become the necessities of life.But the main driving force from oil, bring t-he important problems for the environment and energy, the emergence of electric vehi-cles effectively alleviate these problems, more in line with the modern green lifestyle-e. How to solve the range of electric vehicles and the service life of the battery is the key issue of concern for experts. This paper aims at the research of power supply ma-nagement and monitoring system of electric vehicleis carried out, car power supply s-ystem uses 46 lithium battery, the design of battery management system is reasonabl-e and the display device is usefull, to monitor the state of the battery electric vehicle-e in the running process, and provide the information necessary for the driver batter-y. Using the main control unit and control unit to realize the power supply manageme-nt,the main control unit use MC9S12XS128, mainly to complete the CAN communica-tion with control unit and controller, the main control chip with a CAN controller, on-ly need to connect the CAN transceiver can be realization of CAN communication, th-e main control unit is also responsible for monitoring cell.to prevent excessivee cause irreparable damage to the battery. Control unit uses MC9S08DT60, processing mainl-y monomer voltage and temperaturein formation in power supply system. The single b-attery voltage acquisition using special chip LTC6802, transfer information to the cont-rol unit through the SPI, the 12 pieces of battery voltage signal which can be collect-ed at the same time. The design contains 4 control units, LTC6802 complete power s-upply system of single battery voltage acquisition and discharging equalization. Temper ature acquisition using DS18B20, DS18B20 temperature acquisition circuit is simple, an-d can realize the single line hanging to achieve multipoint temperature collection,then the collected temperature information is sent to the MCU for processing. Finally carri-es on the test to the power management system design and solves the problems existi-ng in previous experiment,finising the powersystem management functions basically. |
