The range of plastic centrifugal pump transmission medium is wide. It can transport all flow medium, and even some corrosive fluid. Plastic centrifugal pump with high suction capacity, stable operation, sealing performance is strictly reliable and so on. Centrifugal pump as a key equipment in the environmental protection and sewage treatment, municipal, water conservancy in play an important role. Plastic non-clog pump with light mass, service life is longer, and the ability to adapt to the complex transmission environment, etc. But the current plastic centrifugal pump application in sewage is less. Therefore, it is not a lot of research in this area. In view of this, this paper aimed at the study of the law of the internal flow field and the performance of the plastic non clogging pump. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1. According to the performance parameters of the plastic centrifugal pump to be designed, the hydraulic calculation of the plastic centrifugal pump is carried out, and the structure parameters of the flow passage components are obtained;2. The flow field simulation of the plastic centrifugal pump is carried out, the flow pattern of the flow field and the occurrence site of cavitation are analyzed;3. Flow field simulation based on plastic centrifugal pump, analyze and select plastic centrifugal pump structure parameters inlet diameter, outlet width, angle and wrap angle export factors as the pump performance, The orthogonal experiment was designed to test the performance of the plastic centrifugal pump, and the results were analyzed, and the influence of the four factors on the performance of the single performance index was obtained;4. Mathematical modeling was carried out on the plastic centrifugal pump, and each objective function is unified, The weight coefficient of each sub objective function is determined, and the constraint condition is added to the variable. The structure parameters of the plastic centrifugal pump are optimized by genetic algorithm, and the optimized structure parameters are obtained;5. Built a set of test bench that could satisfy the requirement of PIV test, according to the optimized structure parameters, respectively under three different flow conditions of flow field inside the pump flow measurement. The flow situation of the flow field is analyzed and the experimental results are compared with the numerical results.In this paper, the performance of the plastic non clogging pump is studied. By building and using the PIV test, as well as the use of numerical simulation technology, the internal plastic centrifugal pump flow law is explored; Select four structural parameters of the impeller, designed and completed the orthogonal experiment, the influence of various factors on the performance index is got; Plastic centrifugal pump multi-objective optimization mathematical model is set up, using genetic algorithm to optimize parameters of impeller, to improve the overall plastic pump performance.
