Today’s interior architecture has become the main place for urban residents working and learning, at the same time, indoor emergencies caused by human factors have become common, in order to reduce the resulting economic losses and casualties, indoor evacuation is getting more experts and scholar’s research. Considering the large-scale indoor evacuation process, the interaction between people and between people and environment is part of the main causes of the occurrence of unexpected events. Aiming at this problem, most indoor researches from the microscopic view with related models, such as cellular automata model, social force model or agent model to simulate the behavior of personnel evacuation.However, the study does not put forward a feasible evacuation plan, taking into account the velocity difference of the indoor personnel and export distribution, this paper from the perspective of memo proposed an organized indoor staged evacuation algorithm to solve the conflict and export flow assignment problem in the indoor evacuation process. The core idea is tantamount to estimate the group as the research object, each evacuation group is composed by personnel which have similar location and velocity, through for each evacuation group developing the departure time and evacuation path to guide indoor personnel evacuation process. Here the evacuation path for evacuation group location in the export of the shortest path. Corresponding algorithm based on a time extension of the three-dimensional network model implemented and evacuation group that located on the recent network nodes, the network model in addition to the topological relationships between the nodes and arcs, also recorded the time evacuation group accesses each node and arc. When calculating the departure time of the evacuation group, it is critical to judge whether it is in conflict with other evacuation groups, if there is a collision, then delay the time of departure. In this paper, each evacuation group total evacuation time including waiting time and evacuation time on the path, so evacuation group selection for each export corresponding have three choices, namely to export to evacuate the shortest path, the shortest waiting time or total evacuation time is the shortest. If you choose to evacuate the shortest path, in the indoor personnel were also observed, especially a group near another evacuation group in particular circumstances, it may need to wait for a longer time to evacuate; and choose to wait for the shortest time, although the priority of but may choose a further export; if you choose the total evacuation time short can in waiting time and evacuation time between a balance.In checking to see the above three options under the evacuation efficiency, this paper to East China Normal University Minhang campus information ring floor as an example, a series of experiments to ascertain. The results showed that the total evacuation time is the shortest way to choose to export to develop staged evacuation arithmetic can avoid conflict of member of the premise, effectively reduce the total evacuation time, with very high evacuation efficiency, especially in large-scale, outlet personnel uneven distribution, this choice will have better superiority.
