The energy is an important material foundation of human survival and improvement of people’s living standards, it’s also a kind of substantial basic resources for economic development. With the rapid development of human social economy and population growth, the condition that global energy resources is facing unparalleled stress, which leaving this problem of energy crisis becomes more outstanding. So, finding a new energy that can be used persistently is to be the key mission for us today. Solar Energy that its rich solar energy resources, clean pollution-free, as the prospect of better utilization of renewable energy. Solar power generation which is renewable, pollution-free, easy installation, and the technology is mature, as the main form to utilize solar energy has developed a lot. Maximum power point tracking techniques as one of the key technologies for photovoltaic power generation system has a significant effect on enhancing PV efficiency. Accordingly, maximum power point tracking techniques are more and more attention.First, with regard to maximum power point tracking techniques of Photovoltaic Generation System, in this thesis we do some associated work. Meanwhile, commonly used conventional methods that their advantages and disadvantages are summarized. Then, an innovative MPPT algorithm which is improved golden section search based on online short-circuit current method and golden section search is developed. Finally, the MATLAB software were used to build a simulation model of photovoltaic system, we compare the proposed scheme with the traditional ones and the simulation results show the effectiveness of proposed method.Then, in response to the new MPPT algorithm which we proposed, the Algorithm Realization System is designed. The Algorithm Realization System comprises the design of hardware and software. The hardware design includes the DSP Minimum System design, Temperature Acquisition Circuit Design, design of light intensity acquisition circuit, the current data acquisition system design, the PWM Driving Circuit design and the Topological Structure design for DC/DC Converters. The software design includes main program design, MPPT algorithm subroutine design, the ADC disruption sampling program design, the PWM subroutine design.Finally, MPPT monitoring system is designed with configuration dynamic inspection soft which is used in industry. The concrete contents are as follows:communication method between Kingview and TMS320F2812 that realized the data communications; the connection between Kingview and database that realize real-time data storage; the design of photovoltaic realtime power curve and history power curve that realized the real-time dynamic monitoring.
