In order to analyze the wind and temperature influence on structural health monitoring of Shenzhen Diwang Plaza, and assess the heath status of building structure, diagnosis the structure whether damage has occurred, so as to determine whether the structure in a safe state. Long ambient vibration monitoring of a super high-rise building, Shenzhen Diwang Plaza, has been conducted througha real-timestrong motion array monitoring system. The variation of wind speed, temperature, structural response and modal frequency during a period of 10 months were investigated, with the purpose of discussing their correlations and analyzing the influences of wind speed and temperature on the variation of modal frequencies. Both the multiple linear regression method and support vector regression method were implemented to simulate the relation between the identified frequencies and wind speed and temperature, and the predicted qualities of the two models were analyzed by the residuals. And a convenient structural health diagnosis approach was proposed through the success rate of frequency prediction using wind speed and temperature data. Two seismic response records of Shenzhen Diwang Plaza have been used to obtain the transfer functions between each measuring point above the ground floor and the basement, as well as the transfer functions between neighboringfloors near the strengthened stories. Modal analysis is carried out using the finite element numerical simulation, and combining with the elastic time history method to calculate the dynamic reaction of Shenzhen Diwang Plaza by the bidirectional seismic action.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Through the comparative analysis of several kinds of modal identification method, selected the average normalized power spectral density(ANPSD) as the best method on long-term continuous identification of modal frequency of Diwang Plaza.(2) Most of the modal frequencies of Diwang plaza are negatively related to the wind speed and temperature, and they affect the modal frequency differently.(3) Both of the multiple linear regression(MLR) and support vector regression(SVR) models can well reflect the variation characteristics of frequencies. Aconvenient structural health diagnosis approach was proposed through the success rate of frequency prediction using wind speed and temperature data.(4) Different spectrum characteristic of seismic action has different amplification effect on structural response, we should attach great importance to the selection of seismic wave in dynamic analysis of super high-rise building.(5) Through the comparison analysis shows that Shenzhen Diwang Plaza is still in the safe state.
