The railway environment of high-speed train is complex, and the bad weather has a certain influence on the safe operation of the train. Analysis of the influence of extreme weather on the aerodynamic performance of the train can provide a scientific basis for the safe operation of the train to a certain extent,and to lay the foundation for further research.In this paper,the aerodynamics of the train with two-phase flow conditions are studied. Based on C#, the simulation platform was constructed using CFD software ANSYS ICEM CFD, Fluent, Ensight and multi-body dynamics simulation software SIMPACK,which can be applied to complete the aerodynamic safty analysis for high-speed train. The simulation platform has the following functions:The vehicle model and the calculation area of aerodynamics are automatically generated by the head-car and middle-car model which are provided by the user. And then, the structure and unstructure grid are generated automatically. Users can select the corresponding computing environment according to different computing requirements.The computing environment including standard environment, wind environment, dust environment, rainfall and snowfall environment. In addition to the steady state calculations, the simulation platform can also carry out the unsteaty state calculations in the standard environment. The unsteaty state calculations include the tain passing each other, passing through the tunnel, passing each other in the tunnel and passing through the windbreak. When the calculation is completed, the user can post processing in the post-processing module, and get aerodynamic calculation report automatically. After the calculation of aerodynamic force is completed, the user can import the aerodynamic files into the dynamic calculation module, which can be carried out the safety analysis by the dynamics index for high-speed train.The aerodynamic force of high-speed train under different weather conditions was analyzed by applying the simulation platform.And the variation of aerodynamic force with sand dust concentration, rain fall and snow fall is obtained. The effect of resistance is very little when the running speed is low. With the improvement of train speed, the grain growing influence in relative train aerodynamic drag. When the influence of the factors such as the wheel/rail contact is not considered, the wind and rain environment had the greatest influence on train dynamics performance, followed by wind and environment, the wind and snow environment was minimal impact.
