Liu Y. Etc. first presented the concept of false data injection attacks, and from the perspective of attacks elaborates false data injection attacks against State Estimation in 2009. By systematically tampering data from meter measurements, this method could bypass traditional Bad Data Detection algorithm and interference State Estimation results, which posed a great threat to safety and economic operation of the power system. Most scholars to simplify the complexity of the false data injection attacks, simplified mainly for two aspects:1) The research of false data injection attacks mainly on Linear State Estimation; 2) The attacker has the ability to know the all information of the targeted power system. However, the above simplifications is unrealistic, the author will considering actual situation of power system, this paper constructed false data injection attacks model in power system Local Area. Based on the above analysis, the main contents are as follows:1. Briefly introduces the basic principles of power system State Estimation, mainly including Nonlinear State Estimation, Linear State Estimation, and residue-based Bad Data Detection.2. Constructed power system local area and consider the local regional structure parameters and states information is uncertain false data injection attacks optimization model. First, according to actual condition of power system, the attacker must alter the data so that the measurements can correspond to the physical properties of power system. Second, raise a model of power system local area false data injection attacks, mainly including ideal model and practical model and the detailed derivation is given. Third, according to the proposed model and combined with the real conditions of power system, gives the optimization analysis of parameters of attack model. Fourth, according to the content of the optimization analysis, gives a method to determine the optimal attack area and the calculation method of state variable bias. Last, through the numerical simulation of IEEE-30 system and analyzes the simulations.3. In this paper, from two aspects of theory and simulation experiments explores the local area false data injection attacks on the influence of power system. The theoretical analysis mainly including the influences of power system operation state by FDIA, the influences of Optimal Power Flow by false data injection attacks, and the influences of spot price by false data injection attacks. Last, through numerical simulation and analyzes the simulation results.
