As China’s unique native species, tree peony(Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.) has a long history of cultivation. Tree peony as medicinal plant initially. With the development of economy and the advance of society, there appeared the earliest botanical garden in China during the Qin and Han dynasties. Since the Sui and Tang dynasties, tree peony was widely used in landscaping as an ornamental plant, the scale of cultivation continued to expand, and the number of species increased gradually. Until modern times, there has formed various Specialist Peony Garden which is aim to view mainly and Medicinal Peony Garden mainly in farming. There are much more relevant studies, and the development of planning theory, theories, content, and other aspects are comparative maturity in Specialist Peony Garden and Medicinal Peony Garden. Since 2011, however,peony seed oil became new resources food, and tree peony as woody oil is growing in the national scope widely. In addition, under the guidance and drive of the government and enterprises, develop oil peony industry energetically, construct oil peony integrated industrial system. Form of formation that is oil peony planting sightseeing garden. As a result, the construction of oil peony planting sightseeing garden increase gradually. During the design process, however, there is a phenomenon of single structure and lack content.
