With the rapid development of our country’s Marine business,major marine engineering emerging,but under the special environment in the sea, the durability of concrete structures is facing serious challenges,How to improve the durability of concrete structures has become the focus of increasing concern within the industry.This article starting from Marine engineering concrete corrosion mechanism, through complex mineral composition of net cement slurry, the influence of mortar and concrete performance test to select the best mineral mixed with mixture ratio, based on the setting time, water requirement and electrochemical synthesis rust resistance screen out suitable rust resistance components, preparation a type of rust resistance mineral admixture. and with the aid of zhoushan, zhejiang university center site study practical exposure to with high rust-type mineral admixture of concrete basic performance impact.The study results show that complex mineral composition content have a great influence to concrete basic performance, fluidity of net cement slurry, cement mortar strength, concrete strength increases with the increase of complex mineral composition rendering first after reducing trend of concrete electric flux decrease with mineral constituent content increased obviously, but too much content increased, after comprehensive consideration of complex mineral compositions of the optimal dosage is 15%; Using eight kinds of rust inhibitors selected good suitability and ZX-4 and ZX-6 after rust resistance distribution system, and synergy with complex mineral composition was effective to improve the durability of concrete resistance to rust type mineral admixtures; And the real sea exposure age concrete specimens for mechanical properties, durability properties and microstructure of the comprehensive evaluation, shows that rust resistance type of mineral admixtures concrete benchmark than ordinary concrete has better durability performance.
