With the rapid development of China’s urbanization, construction machinery industry ushered in the golden period of rapid development. At present, our country is occupying the leading position in the global construction machinery market, and people Pay more and more attention to the construction machinery. In the context of China’s sustained and rapid economic development, China’s construction machinery industry will become more and more obvious. China Construction Machinery Industry in the future will have further development, research on mechanical engineering also experienced from has to, varied from small to large, from the earliest only Pays attention to the practicality of engineering machinery, now on comfort and noise control requirements of the increasingly higher. Engineering machinery and the automobile industry is still a relatively large difference, on the current point of view, the construction machinery of the vehicle thermal management and NVH noise research is the most important.With the rapid development of the computer numerical simulation technology, the in mechanical engineering research occupies a more and more important position. This Paper is based on the bacKground of thermal management of construction machinery and NVH noise of computer numerical simulation, the bulldozer engineering machinery engine cabin thermal management and the fan flow field and noise do some research.In this Paper, a bulldozer as research prototypes for the simulation time on the controllability and the numerical results of underhood thermal management is relatively accurate, select the bulldozer nacelle and the nearby subsystem as the geometric model of numerical simulation, through one-dimensional and three-dimensional numerical simulation coupled with precise boundary conditions on the calculation. After the completion of the standard conditions of the model experiment of the calibration of the real vehicle, the numerical standard on both of them, in order to ensure the accuracy of the numerical simulation. Secondly, a detailed analysis of the bulldozer in the maximum torque condition of the temperature field and flow field, and comPared with the standard conditions, the standard working environment of high the temperature as the auxiliary model, a simple analysis.Analysis of thermal management in the engine comPartment, plays a crucial role in the thermal management system of fan in the engine comPartment, which is the power source of the whole flow field. Based on this, this Paper will pick out the fan alone, of their flow, noise and noise analysis of steady state transient simulation analysis by flow field, steady state analysis the noise of the fan noise to determine the location of the source and excitation mechanism, through the analysis of transient fan noise in the sound pressure receiving point sound pressure variation with frequency, based on the analysis of the transient noise analysis of fan blade number (odd number) and the fan blade angle (leaf offset) to the noise, and put forward the fan noise reduction scheme, in order to ensure the basic flow of the fan, the fan is reduced the noise as much as possible.
