The research on the construction of major tunnels in Kunming and the characteristics of underground engineering design, construction and environment, is conducted to study the properties of sand concrete in Kunming. The main work of this thesis:1. Aiming at using manufactured sand concrete in the tunnel engineering of Kunming, the paper made the performance analysis and combination plan of manufactured sand and mountain sand, concrete design and change to adjust the experiment’s results;analyzed the mechanical property differences, the concrete parameters based on experimental study;in purpose of studying the various factors influencing the performance of cement concrete, did systematic research by the orthogonal test and breakdown test, did the adjustment. The problem of manufactured fine aggregate of Kunming mechanism sand concrete is solved..2.Plan to optimize the concrete performance;Through the component test, analyzed the impacts of manufactured sand on the performance of structure, made recommendations on it’s structural applications;evaluated the durability of cement concrete by the general anti permeability test, the electric flux test and volume stability test; Through microscopic test, analyzed mechanism of action of cement concrete, advanced the theory of internal function and experimental evidence. The research results of Kunming manufactured fine aggregate in underground engineering application provides key technology based on experimental basis, of concrete raw material selection and index design put forward to the optimum reference value to expand existing resources in underground engineering by doing scientific research and technology driven;...
