In Kunming,widely-used manufactured sand concrete in underground space has just begun,but there’s no instance and results,engineering units and concrete manufactures don’t have a clear understanding of physical,mechanical and impervious performance of underground structures used manufactured sand.so can’t sure the quality and safety.With the increasing using of underground space in Kunming,it is necessary to do deeply and systematically research on the working,physical,mechanical and durable of underground structures used manufactured sand.Because of the above problems,the author made the following work:1. Based on the research project content,chose the raw materials,did test to analysis the main properties of samples,and to research on the mixed sand using manufactured sand in Kunming.2. By means test,Degree of sand on the structure and properties;combined with the technical characteristics of underground engineering construction in Kunming, in the elastic structure of concrete,cracking,yield,and destruction stages on the basis of an accurate analysis to determine the mechanism of sand and river sand concrete differences in the magnitude of the deformation of concrete structures,structural design flat section assumption of conformity,cracking moment of safety,propose amendments structural applications.3. Experimental study on chloride ion permeability through (electric flux test),analysis of impermeability of concrete sand,and to evaluate the activity of admixture of mixing sand impermeability of concrete,binding assays studied by means of the most advanced and modern,adjust the material application technology and mix design,basically solved the problem of Kunming durability of concrete sand.4. By shrinking the volume of concrete stability test analysis shows the volume stability of concrete is not affected by the mechanism of sand.5. Did ultrasonic-rebound stress test in Kunming Caohai Tunnel,which used manufactured sand concrete,to analysis and verify the theory-situation of manufactured sand concrete’s application.6. Through budget data collection and verifying,analyzed the economic benefit of the project,found out the difference of technical and economical benefits based on the technical and economic indexes between manufactured sand and natural sand.
