According to the features of spatial RCCR structure movement and on the basis of spatial RCCR structure with seven pairs of dowel bar, a kind of double output axial plunger pump is proposed in this thesis, which can avoid the using of piston connecting rod vice. In addition, the development course of spatial RCCR structure is elaborated. The research process of double output axial plunger pump is also stated,which is based on the application in engineering of spatial RCCR structure. Due to the structure of double output axial plunger pump is similar to the bent-axis pump’s,so the research status of angle-type axial plunger pump(bent-axis pump,for short)is summarized in this thesis. It expounds the development status and characteristics of bent-axis pump at various stages. The characteristic of double output axial plunger pump is also talked about compared to existing angle-type axial plunger pump.To verify the pump, some work has been done, which includes the calculation of displacement and flow pulsation of the pump. Besides, the function parameters of the pump under the condition of two layers of plunger and one layer of plunger are compared. Through the comparative analysis of the results, the following conclusions can be got:(1)Due to the pump has two pump bodies, so its flow rate is huge.(2)The motion trail of the pin joint point of the dowel bar is ellipse, so the connecting rod in traditional bent-axis pump is not needed in double output axial plunger pump.(3)The schematic diagram is a smooth sine cure,the motion rule is clear in compare with bent-axis pump.(4)The pulsation coefficient of double output axial plunger pump comforts to the characteristic of the bent-axis pump’s coefficient, which imply the possibility of the implication of the pump.(5)The flow rate of double output axial plunger pump with two-layer arrangement of plunger is huge and the flow pulsation is small in compare with pump with single layer of plunger.In addition, through the calculation of the constraining force and the simulation analysis of double output axial plunger pump. We can get the functional analytic formula of constraining force and theoretical diagram. On the basis of these findings,we can find that the stress state of double output axial plunger pump is well whether in low speed with low pressure or high speed with high pressure which improve that double output axial plunger pump can endure different system pressure, so it’s possible that double output axial plunger pump can be used in practical engineering;The moment of main structure changes according to the different system pressure and the constraining force in Z axis is similar, but various in X and Y axis.The work of compute and simulation is also applied in double output axial plunger pump with two-layer arrangement of plunger. We can find that the constraining forces in Z axis in outer and inner dowel bars of double output axial plunger pump with two-layer arrangement are all similar to cosine curve, but they are different from each other with an angle. The ratio of the amplitude of the curves is equal to the ratio of the offset distance. The constraining forces in Z axis with twolayer arrangement of plunger is more similar to cosine curve than single layer plunger.Due to the huge force in the connection point of dowel bars,solid joint is adopted to substitute pin joint in double output axial plunger pump.Through analysis,the result displays that the force in the connection point of dowel bars is same whether they are pin joint or solid joint, but the constraining moment in Z axis in the connection point of dowel bar and column pair is different.
