| Since man entered the industrial age, human society has achieved rapid development, energy as an important factor of production due to the huge amount of consumption has become increasingly depleted. In the total energy consumption, the air-conditioning system is very large, so the energy saving of air-conditioning system is an important part of urban rail train energy saving. Energy consumption forecast of urban rail train air-conditioning system is the basis of the selection and energy saving of air-conditioning equipment, but because of many reasons, the existing urban rail train air-conditioning system energy consumption prediction is not perfect. This paper mainly studies the energy consumption forecasting method for urban rail train air-conditioning system.In this paper, according to the calculation method of the cold load of urban rail, the composition of the cold load of the air-conditioning system of the urban rail train is studied:working day cooling load on sunny days, dest day cooling load on sunny days, holiday cooling load on sunny days, working day cooling load on cloudy days, dest day cooling load on cloudy days, holiday cooling load on cloudy days, and taking Chongqing city as an example of a city orbit was calculated cooling load of urban rail train under various conditions. The solar radiation part of city rail train to the cooling load of train track as south direction were calculated as the standard, the correction formula is given when the train tracks are in the other direction. The conversion method of COP with partial load under the condition of rated load standard for the COP and the partial load of the refrigeration unit of the city rail train is put forward, the correction coefficient of COP in various conditions is calculated, and the corresponding performance coefficient COP of urban rail train cooling load of all six cases was calculated. The energy consumption of the air-conditioning system of the city train air-conditioning system can be calculated by using the cooling load of the city rail train and its corresponding performance coefficient COP. In the end, using various conditions of the cold load time frequency and other parameters, combined with the analysis of this paper,the energy consumption forecasting method of urban rail train air-conditioning system in the air-conditioning season is presented in this paper. |
