| With the rapid development of China’s economy, in order to meet the increasing demand for electricity and reduce pollution of the environment, the most effective way is to develop new sources of energy. So multi-energy hybrid generation will become the trend of power grid construction in our country, the power grid frequency quality is the key factor to guarantee safe and reliable of power supply. Tradition frequency control is mainly rely on conventional generator frequency modulation system, in this paper, put forward wind power as a supplementary control, supporting power for the traditional energy generation area, which can adjust the area frequency control of interconnected power grid, when there is no wind, using hydroelectric power support, with the CPS evaluation standard check the performance of multi-area frequency control contain wind turbines.In this paper, the work mainly includes:(1)Analysising frequency control technology of power system, including automatic frequency modulation characteristics of load, frequency modulation principle of generator set, active power- frequency static characteristic of power system and frequency control technology of power grid etc.(2)Analysising structural principle and deriving transfer function for each component of interconnected power system, including generators and load mathematical model, thermal power unit, hydro turbine governor and prime mover mathematical model, link mathematical model, designing and improving wind power units mathematical model to take part in frequency regulation of interconnected system.(3)Basing on mathematical transfer function, design and build multi-energy hybrid generation system mathematical model contain wind power area, simulating area frequency control of multi-energy hybrid generation system. Discussing primary frequency modulation and secondary frequency modulation of traditional energy generation system, contrasting to join region of wind or hydro power for area frequency control of multi-energy hybrid power generation system, the model which increased PI adjustment link to improving is obtained, three of area control model which TBC-FTC, TBC-FFC, TBC-TBC mode are studied and simulated which give curves of its frequency.(4)The end of the paper, adding load disturbance mathematical model to multi-energy hybrid generation system mathematical model, using CPS1/CPS2 evaluation criteria to check the performance of multi-area frequency control contain wind turbines.Multi-energy hybrid generation system mathematical model which can be simulated and experimental analysised, simulation diagram and simulation results verify the feasibility of frequency control for multi-energy hybrid power system, compared with the traditional single area frequency adjustment of the traditional energy, frequency control which joined the wind power area can improve the performance of frequency adjustment and the stability of power system frequency. |
