With the rapid development of road, air, sea and other transportation systems division, railway passenger service also entered the a new era-era of high-speed rail, high-speed railway construction and operation, Beijing Guangzhou railway transport channel parallel high-speed railway and existing railway, the railway transportation system has been formed. High speed railway in people’s travel to bring new rail service experience at the same time, also for the same period of coexistence of railway passenger station service quality proposed new challenges. Railway passenger station mostly built in the 1990s about, when economic and technical conditions, distance from the requirements of the construction idea and the time is more and more obvious and with the progress of society, people’s demand of railway transportation, service quality also put forward higher requirements. Railway passenger stations also feel increasingly fierce competition in the transport market, this competition and challenges, not only reflected in the transport of goods in the passenger itself, but also covers the whole process of transport services, including the ticket booking, stop waiting, travel environment, etc.. Railway passenger transport station as a variety of transport modes in the convergence point, the overall quality of service, will directly affect the efficiency and quality of integrated transport.Through of Yueyang Changsha railway depot station and the actual status of environment are analyzed and compared, according to characteristic of the service object of the existing station of passenger demand for system analysis and evaluation, find out influence the service quality of unfavorable factors and the key point of the question, and puts forward how to improve and improve the corresponding measures and proposals of the existing quality of passenger services of Yueyang station. For the existing railway passenger station to the gradual opening of the transportation market of railway, the railway transport sector gradually to corporate identity active participation competition in the market to provide certain reference value.
