Urban storm flood events occur frequently.It not only affect the daily travel activities of urban residents,some serious or even damage to the urban infrastructures,which may threat to people’s lives and property safety, resulting in a huge economic losses.Using the modern advanced science and technology method, according to the urban disaster pregnant environment characteristics to construct urban rainstorm and flood warning and forecasting model,and to the process of urban waterlogging of 3D dynamic simulation and analysis under different scenarios of storm City submerged condition, for urban disaster prevention and mitigation, disaster assessment and post disaster reconstruction and economic and social development has great significance.This article based on the result of the SWMM model computation about network node overflow, combined with the high precision DEM data, using the volume method to calculate the waterlogging scope and the depth of the main sections of Zhengzhou City, and finally to simulate the 3D visualization process of the stormwater based on WebGL.The point cloud data of the vehicle can not only reflect the detailed road pavement ups and downs situation, meet the high accuracy requirement, and can obtain information of the facade of the building on both sides of the road, this paper selects the point cloud data of the vehicle to extracte DEMs with high precision from sections of ponding roads, and the building of three-dimensional CAD modeling.On the extracted DEM data, the SWMM model is calculated by using the "equal volume" method to convert the overflow water quantity of the pipe network nodes into the submerged range and water depth, and the simulation and analysis of the submerged range and depth of the whole rainfall process.Using the open source library Three.js which belongs to WebGL to create the web 3D scene,and make 3D rendering, texture mapping on the pavement pavement of high precision DEM, finally 3D scene rendering and 3D dynamic flooding process be simulated.By this design method,the SWMM calculation of overflow water quantity can be accurately into submergence depth and scope of submerged, and can be more intuitive and convenient observation of the road rain flood water of the whole process, which for urban rainstorm waterlogging disaster assessment and post disaster reconstruction provides an important scientific basis for reference,On the other hand,the webgl applications for water conservancy information visualization provides a new technical means.
