This article selects the typical region in Egang road of 317 National Highway nearby Dege County as the research object, calculates the subgrade slope temperature field by considering air temperature, solar radiation and other factors. Based on the calculation result of the subgrade temperature field, considering the shear strength parameters of the subgrade slope, which changed by the effect of the freeze-thaw action, the displacement and stability of the roadbed slope are analyzed. The reinforcement treatment of the prestressed anchor cable for the roadbed side slope is carried out, and the anchoring effect is analyzed. The main results are as follows:(1) To simulate the change of subgrade slope temperature field in the typical worksite, and the variation of roadbed temperature along the depth direction which changes in dynamic equilibrium cycle. The temperature change of the soil mass is severe, which is greatly influenced by the external environment.(2) The subgrade slope has a large displacement in the month which has the freezing and thawing action, and the displacement is smaller in other months. Frost heave displacement mainly occurred in the subgrade surface, and thaw displacement relatively deep influence. Thawing is the main factor of subgrade in seasonal frozen soil region displacement.(3) When it has freezed, the slope safety factor is the biggest, and the stability is best in freeze. When it has melted, the safety factor of the slope is the smallest, and the slope is in an unstable state, and it needs to be strengthened.(4) Prestressed anchor reinforcement subgrade slope in the frost thaw displacement sinking under the action of reinforcement than before has been reduced, and safety factor of slope have significantly increased, anchor slope protection effect is obvious.
