Fire has baneful influence on people’s personal and property safety. So the fire prevention and extinguishing work is very important in the production and life. Traditional chemical fire extinguishing technology has great suffocation hazards and the widely used halogenated series also seriously damage the ozone layer. In addition,ordinary water spray can not meet the requirements of some special fire. As the fire extinguishing technology exist in varying degrees of problems, this article will find the relative energy saving and environmental protection,safe and effective fire extinguishing technology by the summary of fire precaution and extinguishing technology.Then the article finds that high pressure water mist fire extinguishing technology has less pollution to the environment,rapid fire and low water consumption and the door of Such as the destruction of small features.Therefore,it plays major role in the fire prevention and extinguishing work.In order to confirm above result, this paper builds high pressure water mist experiment station in the tunnel simulation.under fixed pressure and nozzle flow and other parameters, the text carries out the high pressure water mist fire suppression experimental work. In the process of experiment, we take the influence of factors such as ventilation into consideration and use thermocouple to measure the amount of high pressure water mist fire extinguishing and flame temperature changes.Then we use the flue gas analyzer to measure the effect of the high pressure water mist when flue gas of CO and 02 concentration changes. Further,we measure the gas temperature changes in the process of experiment and analysis the extinguishing mechanim of high pressure water mist fire.At the same time,the paper simulates the extinguishing temperature changes, the smoke Carbon particle concentration and oxygen concentration change of high pressure water mist fire through numerical modeling software FDS.Through the observation of high pressure water mist extinguishing mechanism, it finds that the high pressure water mist fire extinguishing mechanism of high pressure water mist on the combustion cooling action of the product (including the high temperature gas and flame cooling and cooling of combustible materials), high pressure water mist smoke removing effect, high pressure fine water fog to fire smothering action. It also analyses the three mechanism in high pressure water mist fire technology.It shows that high-pressure water mist is small water consumption, fire speed, high characteristics efficiency, simple maintenance, low fire extinguishing medium cost, long using life and less harm. Thus,the research results has certain guiding significance in practical application. |
