Artillery weapons with damage of great power, continuous fighting capacity, strong anti-interference ability, small target characteristic, offensive and defensive performance capabilities, fast response speed, simpleness of operation and maintenance, good reliability, low cost, abundant ammunition types, etc, is irreplaceable in any other weapon. And it plays a decisive role in the modern and future war.Artillery firing is a transient and complex process with high energy and strong shock. The cannon is bearing a transient variable load in this process. It lead to a violent vibration of the gun, and the serious influence of the direction of the muzzle when the projectile out of the muzzle, thus affect the projectile distribution, and greatly influence the accuracy and stability of the cannon shot firing. And modern artillery diameter is more and more big, the body tube is more and more long, firing rate is higher and higher, the cannon is more and more light weight, all these make the vibration of gun become more prominent.Based on the reasonable simplified artillery launch dynamics model, the vibration problem of cannon gun tube is simplified to mobile quality by vibration problem of the axial movement of the beam. Through the analysis of the vibration mechanics the mathematical model of the muzzle vibration is deduced. Based on the piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric materials and the specific work environment the combined piezoelectric actuation is proposed, and the piezoelectric actuator as dynamic equation is presents. According to the linear quadratic optimal control algorithm and the actual conditions of output feedback established mobile quality incentive elements control of axial movement under suboptimal control model, and computes the model.In this paper, the research results of cannon gun tube vibration control technology research has certain theoretical significance. It also has certain practical significance to the aspect of reducing the muzzle vibration. In addition, this topic research is an applied basic research with strong commonality. And it can be referenced and applied in the similar structure design. It has a broad application prospect of the aviation aerospace, weapon, mechanical, civil structure and a series of engineering and economic benefits in military.
