The Research Of 3D Projection Servo Control System

3D projection is a kind of technology to project images on the surface of the building with the use of high-lumen projector, usually generating dazzling and stereoscopic 3D effects with multiple projectors.With the gradual development of multimedia and the demand for other computer technologies such as digital museums, landscape planning, scientific computing and visualization applications, people’s demanding for stereo vision are increasingly urgent. Multiple projectors projecting simultaneously can provide more impact and immersive visual effects, therefore more and more people are paying attention to 3D projection technology.In 3D projection, because of the backlight of the projector is always light, sometimes the projector needs to be closed, and sometimes they need to be re-opened. Firstly, a bulb cannot be switched fast enough, and secondly it also affects the lamp’s life. It is difficult to achieve rapid and real-time effects. This paper is to be able to achieve rapid and real-time blocking, blocking the projector’s lens at a specific time.This paper is to design a 3D projection control system that can control 32 projectors simultaneously. Considering installing shielding covering on each projector, this automatic control system is to receive serial time code and to block the projector’s lens at a specific time according to the user’s pre-set control robotic arm. The system consists of four parts, a control computer,32 servos control system, servos and the mechanical structures.This paper focuses on the design and implementation of the control system, the hardware design and implementation method of generating multiple PWM waves using time-sharing and grouping method. The design of this system is not only facilitate to be achieved, but also accurate to be controlled. It both ensures the product’s life and reduces the price, therefore it is very important for the realization of 3D projection.
