With the rapid development of urban rail transit. The depth of foundation pit excavation is more and more big. Along with the rapid development of urban rail transit in the process of deep foundation pit excavation. The depth of foundation pit excavation is more and more big. The safety of deep foundation pit excavation process and how to reduce or reduce the impact of surrounding (structure) is an urgent problem to be solved. Based on the engineering background of the deep foundation pit of three road station of Wuhan rail transit line 11 and the construction characteristics of the foundation pit excavation, this paper studies the principle of the deep foundation pit drilling and filling pile and steel support. ANSYS finite element program is used to simulate the stress change process of deep foundation pit excavation, and the settlement deformation of the retaining pile is compared with the final monitoring data. This article is divided into the following sections:(1) the first part introduces the background of the selected topic, as well as the development and research situation of deep foundation pit engineering.(2) the second part introduces the deep foundation pit of Wuhan metro. The excavation of deep foundation pit and the selection of supporting structure for deep foundation pit are introduced in this paper.(3) the third part compares the advantages of the finite element simulation of ANSYS, using the ANSYS software to simulate the excavation process of deep foundation pit.
