Centrifugal concrete filled steel tubular pile (SC pile) is concrete filled steel tube structure, which is an important found applied in pile foundation. Compared with the traditional pile types,it has a lot of advantage such as strong hammer resistant capability, the high quality of pile,the fast of pile driving, unconspicuous of compaction effect and so on. It is better than traditional pile type in piles in place, breakage and pile breaking rate, which is used in different kinds of engineering quantity production. Recently, People have getting already on the study on mechanical properties of new type of pile type.Because of study of shear performance of SC pile is weak rencently,this paper has the system research of SC pile lateral shear mechanical properties based on the experimental study and finite element analysis of the two methods.Firstly, three shear bearing capacity tests of SC pile by shear span ratio as the main parameter were carried out.Observe the components of shear failure pattern,and get component shear deflection curve, the shear stress-strain curve.Then,finite element simulation of components with common software ABAQUS 6.11. Compared the finite element calculation results with test results, checkout the finite element model. According to the experimental data and finite element analysis results, define when λ<0.8, damage form of SC pile is shear failure;when 0.8<λ≤1.0,damage form of SC pile is bending shear failure;when λ>1.0, damage form of SC pile is bending failure.This paper mainly through the shear parameter analysis of sc pile for further research, this paper studied on material strength, steel ratio, pile wall thickness, the shear span ratio on shear-the influence of the deflection curve, and gave the shear bearing capacity of empirical formula. |
