With the continuous development of science and technology, the traditional energy has been unable to fully meet the needs of human production and life. In order to solve this problem, the development and progress of new energy technology has become an important part of human energy supply. Solar energy as a clean and environmentally friendly new ene rgy, was gradually replacing the traditional energy status. Photovoltaic inverter grid connected power generation system was a main form of photovoltaic energy, and in recent years, it has been developing rapidly.This paper in the PV grid connected inverter power generation systems technology continuous innovation and progress of the background, in order to improve the efficiency of grid connected power generation, solve traditional photovoltaic inverter were asked as the goal, put forward a new Z source inverter-quasi-TZ source inverter, and builted based on this kind of new photovoltaic inverter for grid connected power generation systems. Through the MATLAB / Simulink software to the design of the system simulation analysis, and finally the DSP2812 as the main control device, the realization of the whole system, the study of the whole process of photovoltaic inverter, and grid generation system of theoretical and experimental research has important realistic significance.This paper mainly put forward a model of the inverter, quasi-TZ source inverter, it not only has the advantage of being able to allow the main circuit of inverter through such as Z source series inverter. At the same time, it also overcomes the traditional Z source inverter DC bus current discontinuity, boost capacity limited, start too large an impact.This paper analy Zes the working principle of quasi-TZ source inverter, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional inverter. Put forward t he control method of the new generation of Z source inverter through Zero vector. At the same time, this paper divided the photovoltaic cell model and output characteristics are compared and analy Zed several methods of the photovoltaic array maximum power point tracking commonly used, this paper determined the maximum power tracking method. Then the two part of this article from the DC and AC proposes a control strategy for photovoltaic grid control quasi-TZ source inverter, and the simulation experiments are carried out on the whole system using marlab/simulink software. Finally gave the system whole design scheme, detailing the quasi-TZ source inverter PV system each part of the hardware and software design ideas, analysis and the important part of system component selection and design method of list one by one. Finally complete the real machine production.Through the simulation analysis and real experiments showed that compared with the traditional Z series inverter source quasi-TZ source inverter were put forward based on inrush current, DC bus voltage boost ability of the advantages of continuous. And the based on the quasi-TZ source inverter is built of photovoltaic grid connected power system under the proposed control strategy can stable operation, fast response to external environment changes in the maximum power point tracking(MPPT). The experimental results show ed that the designed in this paper is correct and feasible.
