China is in the high speed period of economic development,but because of the overuse of fossil fuels,it has caused the energy and the environment crisis.The application of biomass energy can be a good solution to this problem.Biomass pyrolysis is one of the key methods in the utilization of biomass energy technology.In this paper,the weight loss characteristics of 4 common biomass, such as the leaf,the reed, the corn stalk,the bamboo pole,and the two mixtures of biomass were studied by HCT-1/2; At the same time, Industry analysisandelement analysis were carried out on the four kinds of biomass, the characteristics of single and mixed pyrolysis of crops can be evaluated by combing with pyrolysis characteristic factor P,Discussing on the difference and relation between single and mixed pyrolysis;Finally,a mathematical model was established to describe the single biomass pyrolysis characteristics and the mixing biomass pyrolysis characteristics.Experimental results show that:(1) The trends of single pyrolysis and mixed pyrolysis were in agreement.Single pyrolysis of crops phenomenon and mixed pyrolysis crops phenomenon can be divided into 4 stages: the drying and the initial volatile stage, the stage of biomass heating, the rapid reduction of biomass and the carbonization of residual materials;(2) there are two troughs on the DTG curve, One is the formation of water loss, and the other is the formation of a rapid reduction in quality; Individual substances appears obvious trough in the remaining material carbonization stage, due to the endothermic process with the remaining material would be altered significantly(3) The DTG curves of mixed samples were compared with the DTG curves of single pyrolysis,The DTG curve of the mixed pyrolysis is in the range of its corresponding single pyrolysis curve, but the average value is greater than the average. The mixed pyrolysis law is not a simple superposition of two kinds of pyrolysis phenomena, and the interaction between them is affected by each other;(4) Final solid residue and maximum speed pyrolysis temperature are corresponding to the ash content related, and the maximum pyrolysis rate is related to the volatile content.The mathematical model was established and solved:(1) the selection mechanism of bamboo and leaves, bamboo and reed are F1, Other mixtures selection mechanism functions F2 to describe its pyrolysis mechanism;(2) a single material pyrolysis, corn activation energy of highest 129.13kJ/mol*k, reed of the activation energy of the lowest 70.94kJ/mol*k, pyrolysis of mixed material, corn and bamboo mixture of activation to the highest 106.2kJ/mol*k, bamboo leaves and a mixture of the activation energy for the minimum 56.17 kJ /mol*k;(3) corn and reed, corn and leaves, reed leaves and the mixture of the activation energy is greater than their single pyrolysis in the material corresponding to the average value, the other 3 groups activation energy is smaller than that of the average value of the material corresponding to a single pyrolysis.(4) The activation energy of these 10 groups of substances is from large to small:: corn straw, bamboo poles, corn straw and bamboo rod mixture, corn straw and reed mixture, corn straw and the Indus leaves mixture, Indus leaves, reeds and Indus leaves mixture, reed, bamboo poles and reed mixture, bamboo poles and the Indus leaves mixture.
