Railway Container Transportation is an advanced transportation mode, and it is also an important part of modern logistics industry. Under the economic new normal background, and with the implementation of One Belt and One Road strategy, Railway container transportation will be faced with great opportunities for development. Railway container transportation is the important strategic developing trend of China railway freight transportation. Simultaneously, railway system reform has created more favorable conditionsf or the development railway transport enterprise. However, with the continuous improvement of the total volume ofrailway container transportation, container maintenance cost is greatly increasing. It has seriously affected the transport efficiency and enterprise development. How to reduce maintenance costs and improve the efficiency of container freight utilizing and maintenance is a serious problem to solve.Firstly, do the investigation and research on the current situation of railway container reight utilizing and maintenance and analyze the problems existing in the management and use of data. Secondly, analyze and preprocess the massive historical data of container reight utilizing and maintenance. Take Kimball dimensional modeling technology for data warehouse modeling. Thirdly, make the association analysis between container components by FP_growth, finding the association rules between container compoents. Finally, do the sequential pattern mining on goods between two repair, finding the goods sequential to make the container damage. And Provide suggestions for railway container freight utilizing and Maintenance.
