The construction and development of fast charging station is regarded as one of the most important measures for the development and popularization of electric vehicles. However, due to the intermittent and uncertainty of the charging load, the development of fast charging station with energy storage system has become a new research focus and direction.. Therefore, this thesis takes the fast charging station with energy storage system as the research object, and studies the energy management strategy of using the storage system to optimize the load of the fast charging station in real time. The research steps are as follows:(1) Research on the actual load characteristics of the fast charging station. And according to the fast charging station load characteristics developed to reduce charging station load variance optimization strategy for load, after the real-time simulation found that although the strategy can improve the load characteristics of charging stations, but the strategy not only in real time still needs to be improved, and the lack of charging stations for the consideration of the economic benefit of management.(2) Considering the influence of the economic benefit of the operation of the charging station, the relationship between the energy storage capacity of the charging station and the percentage of the load fluctuation reduction and the percentage of the purchase cost reduction is studied. And from the charging station construction investment, operation and upgrade economic point of view of taking into account the charge station and storage to the relationship between the capacity and the basic capacity fees, costs of expansion, and eventually clear the energy storage system in fast charging station in the application of the theory proposed fast charging station load optimal energy management strategy should be to stabilize the load fluctuations, both lower purchase cost principle.(3) According to the principle, the optimization strategy is proposed to set up the optimal planning load deviation and real-time tracking. The real-time optimization strategy including without considering the energy storage of surplus electricity charging station load instant stabilize strategy, considering the energy storage of surplus electricity charging station load immediate strategy for smoothing and its improvement strategies, taking into account the storage life of the charging station rolling optimization strategy. In the study of the above strategies, the corresponding mathematical model is established, the relevant optimization algorithm is studied, and the specific strategy flow chart is drawn. In order to carry out the preliminary theoretical analysis of the proposed strategy, the above strategy of MATLAB simulation, and the load curve of charging stations, storage battery state of established different evaluation index analysis, through the evaluation and analysis. The selected good real-time, anti-jamming of the load optimal management strategy.(4)In order to validate the proposed strategy of real-time and effective, screened the real-time load management optimization strategy based on. Furthermore, we design a related experiment and the specific experimental procedures, and to actual smart micro grid experimental platform for experiments were carried out. In order to test the effect of the optimization strategy on the energy storage life, the experimental results are compared with the simulation results obtained by the load optimization strategy with the goal of reducing the load variance of the charging station. At last, through the comparison of the results show that the strategy has good real-time performance and effective, and in a certain extent can reduce the storage system power fluctuation range and the charge and discharge depth and to prolong the storage life of the system and reduce the charging station storage capacity configuration to increase.
