At present, motor drive electric vehicle, vehicle high voltage battery charger almost all two separation device, the arrangement waste vehicle space, pushed the car cost. This topic to motor driver and vehicle high voltage battery charger as the main research object, half power boost technology and inverter technology, of pure electric vehicle driving a charge integration control research.First, for electric vehicle driving motor are studied. For permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) respectively in the three-phase, two-phase coordinate system of mathematical modeling, on the analysis of the application characteristics of each model on the basis, analysis of the existing permanent magnet synchronous motor control strategy, put forward a for electro dynamic demand for cars of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control strategies:maximum torque current and flux weakening control combined control mode.Secondly, the study of bidirectional DC/DC converter focusing separately on boost chopper and buck chopper circuit research, and combined with the main innovation points of this paper put forward the coordination of half power DC/DC boost and inverter control strategy to achieve the optimal modulation ratio. In front of the basis theory of the built under the Matlab/Simulink environment, the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control simulation model and DC/DC boost control simulation and the simulation results are analyzed.Again,pure electric vehicle driving charge integration of the topology structure as the core, design the hardware circuit of the system. According to the requirements of electric vehicles to complete the gear design circuit, electronic throttle circuit, current and voltage detection circuit and communication circuit circuit design. Taking into account the anti-jamming, the were anti interference measure of control power supply, control measures to prevent interference of PCB circuit, control circuit grounding measures, the main circuit of the electromagnetic compatibility measures. Designed the hardware circuit of the system can satisfy the drive motor demand and vehicle drive system requirements.Finally, in the CCS platform, using C language programming method write the maximum torque current combined with weak magnetic control of vector control technology of new energy vehicles drive motor control program. And the design of the control system main program and function subprogram and interrupt service routine, gives each module detailed flow diagram.
