Permanent magnet synchronous motor is superior to the induction motor in the structure and efficiency, making it a hotspot in recent years. In the motor drive system, Affected by the change of motor parameters, the effect of control system becomes worse. Therefore, researching on parameters identification is carried out.Firstly, in this paper, a theoretical analysis is carried out for the change inductance parameters of permanent magnet synchronous motor using the analytical method of magnetic circuit. In the condition of saturation of motor’s magnetic field, inductance parameter will be changed with the change of current. It analyzed the relationship between the magnetic flux and temperature and proved that rotor flux will be changed due to the change of temperature.Then, it is researching on identification of d-q axis inductance and rotor flux. Model reference adaptive approach is proposed for the identification of rotor flux. This approach need to build a mathematical model of the motor, and d-q axis inductance will be used in reference model. In order to get the accurate parameters of inductance and reduce the error of identified value of rotor flux, combined with forgetting factor recursive least squares method for d-q axis inductance identification. and then, the value of d-q axis inductance was used in the online identification of rotor flux as the known parameters for the identification of rotor flux. While the rotor flux parameter identification, analyzed the error of d-q axis inductance and stator resistance parameters, △Ld、△Lq、△R, for the impact of parameter identification of rotor flux. By designing feedback gain, the identical accuracy of the rotor flux parameters was improved.In this paper, setting a MATLAB/Simulink model which includes parameters identification of control system of PMSM and experiment platform of Myway based on DSP28335. The feasibility of the identification method was verified by the simulation and experiment.
