With the continued growth of economy and the continued growing of the urbanization process, the share of city vehicles is increasing,the issues of traffic congestion and frequent traffic accidents and car exhaust pollution and others has become a major factor restricting the development of urban.Therefore, ease traffic pressure and improve the traffic quality has been more widespread attention by experts and scholars from all over the world.As the foundation of modern urban development, management and control of urban road traffic system has been an important subject of the city manager.In this paper, in order to realize the regional transportation coordination control as the goal, combine today’s computer network technology, based on the basic theory of traffic control, researched and analysis characteristics and shortcomings of the existing urban traffic signal control system.According to the theory of multi-agent, this paper adopts stratified hierarchical control strategy to control regional traffic.The main content of the thesis are as follows:First of all,in this paper, based on the two aspects of time and space to improve HA model, and the search distance formula of K neighbor nonparametric regression model was improved, so as to improve the prediction precision of the two single model.The two single model are combined, realize the complementary advantages and disadvantages of the two models.At the same time using the Δ normal distribution method based on feedback mechanism to automatically adjust the combination weight coefficient, thus achieve the goal of real-time prediction.Finally, this paper with high-tech zone win new south road and highway as an example,and respectively of the two kinds of improved model and combined model on the simulation experiment by MATLAB software, proves that short-term traffic flow forecasting method of the combination model is practical.The second,in this paper, the regional road network consisting of nine intersection near the south road of victory in High-tech zone as research object, and using stratified hierarchical control strategy to control them.It is set up that multi-objective intersection optimization control model based on particle swarm algorithm of adaptive local search,and applied to the intersection controller to realize optimal solution of signal cycle and split of each intersection.it is set up that the phase optimization solution model of regional road network based on the main priority,and apply it to the regional coordination controller to optimize and solve the phase difference between each intersection in the regional network.It is applied to the regional road network traffic control that the above short-term traffic flow forecasting model, solves the lagging problem which this cycle of congestion can be solved to take corresponding measures until the next cycle.Finally,this control scheme on the simulation experiment using MATLAB and VISSIM software,proved it improved the performance of the regional coordination control.The last,this paper using the PC as regional controller and selecting the STM32 as the core controller to set up hardware platform of intersection controller, and complete each hardware module circuit design of the intersection controller.It simulation realized the countdown display, storage, communications, and manual control, and other functions in the Proteus software.
