The traffic of high-speed rail station is large and the constitution of the crowd is complex, so it will easily lead to stampede, mass death and casualty once in emergency situation. The characteristics of evacuation in high-speed railway station have been analyzed in various aspects, the process of evacuation has been simulated and the bottlenecks of the high-speed railway have been identified in this paper, at last, emergency evacuation recommendations have been proposed which are helpful to optimize the design and enhance emergency response capability of the high-speed railway station. The main contents are as follows:1.Architectural characteristics, functions and the characteristics of layout in high-speed railway station have been summarized, passenger flow characteristics have been analyzed at the same time. The evacuation factors have been studied especially in the evacuation distance and the constitution of the passenger flow. On the basis of the research on evacuation exports evacuation passageways and the direction signs, it has described the deficiencies in evacuation design, the problems of evacuation management have been proposed in the aspects of emergency evacuation management, design system and evacuation drill.2.The factors which affect evacuation have been analyzed in this part. It has described the influences to evacuation by physiological and physiological characteristics of the crowd, and the extreme behaviors have been summarized at the same time. On the basic of study on spatial characteristics of high-speed railway station and calculation methods on evacuation capacity of different evacuation facilities, it has analyzed the influences on evacuation efficiency by different numbers and spacial layout of extrances. The distributions of passenger traffic flow at different time and space have been compared, some other factors affecting evacuation of high-speed rail station have been proposed which is beneficial to provide evacuation scheme.3.Reasons of the formation of high-speed railway station bottlenecks have been analyzed in the respects of staff and facilities in the station. Classifications of railway traffic evacuation facilities service level proposed by different scholars and companys have been summarized. Base on the first fuzzy recognition, trapezoidal distribution has been selected as the fuzzy subsets calculation method, and the railway traffic evacuation facilities service level has been taken as the parameters of trapezoidal distribution. Fuzzy subsets have been weighted by weight coefficient method, which proposed a recognition method of fuzzy bottleneck based on weight coefficient method. At last, an example has been calculated to confirm the feasibility of the method.4.By using pedestrian library of Anylogic, evacuation scenarios and relevant parameters have been selected, evacuation scenario and evacuation procedure have been constructed, and data of passenger evacuation has been obtained by making programs, thus the evacuation simulation of the crowd in Chengdu East Railway Station has been accomplished. It has analyzed the degree of congestion of the crowd qualitatively, and times and areas of the bottlenecks in the station have been identified by the method named recognition of fuzzy bottleneck based on weight coefficient method. The results of the simulation have been analyzed and recommendations are proposed finally.
