With the continuous progress of urbanization, underground and surface environment has become increasingly complex, subway construction is also facing more engineering problems, research on the mechanical characteristics of station structure and supporting structure for safety assurance project is important. In addition, the excavation on the surrounding existing buildings has a different degree of influence, it is necessary to study the impact of excavation on the overpass and the frame structure. This paper is based on the Huang Mugang station of Shenzhen subway line 7, the main research work is as follows:1. Through research and analysis of subway station common construction method, such as open-cut method, cover-digging, tunneling method, etc., we can know their features and applicable conditions. Combined with the geological conditions and traffic requirements of Huang Mugang station, we can find that the station construction using open-cut method and cover-digging is reasonable.2. Use the finite element software to study the dynamic nature of supporting structure and reveal the stability of the station during the excavation supporting structure in the complex site conditions of Huang Mugang station.3. Whether the roof is embedded envelope pile or not in the covered excavation is discussed, then we learn the mechanical behavior of station structure and containment system in dynamic construction of the station, and propose roof embedding envelope pile station covered excavation technology.4. Research the impact of internal forces and displacements of station structure and the frame structure deformation during construction segment of the station.5.In the condition of different depth excavation, pile relatively different distances, different stiffness envelope pile, the top of the pile under differently vertical load, we can study the deformation and stress of bridge base with single pile or more pile.
