In the complex mountain railway tunnel construction process we often encountered in heterogeneous layered rock and hard-soft rock. Based on this background, in previous studies, lamellar surrounding rock and the hard-soft surrounding rock tunnel deformation and failure mode were mainly analyzed and summarized. Using finite element analysis methods on layered Rock Tunnel, heterogeneous surrounding rock stability and supporting structure for force characteristics were analyzed, mainly including:For structural properties of layered rock, several models were established numerical calculations, including seven kinds of structural plane inclination 0°,15°,30°,45°,60°, 75°,90° and five kinds of structure spacings 1m,2m,3m,4m,5m, for the convergence characteristics of rock deformation, stress distribution, the distribution of plastic zone, supporting structure internal forces and safety factors were analyzed after the excavation of the tunnel. For hard-soft surrounding rock deformation characteristics has, several models were established numerical calculations, including seven kinds of interface inclination 0°,15°, 30°,45°,60°,75°,90° and different soft or hard rock on both sides of the interface location on convergence deformation characteristics of the tunnel, stress distribution, supporting structure internal forces and safety factors were analyzed. Finally, the deformation characteristics of rong jia wan tunnel of the high-speed railway from Zhengzhou to Wanzhou was analysed in the thesis. And it was proposed to change the way of the bolt layout program, in order to reduce the deformation of the surrounding rock.
