With the rapid development of China’s high-speed railway, the train speed and interval and power are improving, related to this, electrical equipment failures or abnormal phenomenon also increasing state. As an important part of the railway traction power supply system determines the safety of high-speed railway, due to the number of conductors in traction network are many and complex structure, traction power supply system modeling and simulation becomes difficult to achieve. Therefore, improving the accuracy of the model of Traction Power Supply System, and getting the precise flow distribution are great importance.First of all this article introduces the traction power supply system components, focusing on the structural characteristics of different power supply, and completing traction power supply system simulation model on this basis. Including build the general simulation model of Traction Substation, the unified chain model of traction network and node voltage equation of supply network. When designing the load process flow algorithm of system, using the equivalent impedance correction the circuit structure of supply network, at the same time,using the traction network voltage correction the actual output power of train. The train-network coupling model was built at this article so that the flow algorithm of traction power supply system become more systematic and complete.The parallel distance between the catenary and contact wires is used as element length of the traction network in building the unified chain model of traction network among. In order to restore the actual structure of the traction network,this article does not merge the equivalent wires. Using Delphi 7 as the main development platform produced the simulation software of traction power supply system. By calling Matlab complete the core calculation program to improve the computational speed and computing power.At last, the accuracy of the simulation software are verified by comparing the measured value and the theoretical value of the AT-fed traction power supply system. This paper analyzes the impedance characteristics of the different traction power supply system by using simulation results. Discussing the measures to reduce the voltage of the rails and the effect to improve the equilibrium relationship between the uplink and downlink load. This paper completed the dynamic simulation and static simulation of train and dynamic display of the results of power flow calculation.
