The earthquake-resistant code requires Reinforced concrete frame structure should be able to achieve "strong column weak beam" mechanism of yield Under the action of the earthquake, but seen from the actual damage, Most of the reinforced concrete frame structure presents the failure mechanism of "strong beam weak column", the Structures are severely disrupted. This paper mainly studied the cast-in-place floor slab of the influence of "strong column weak beam" mechanism,and discuss the improvement measures of achieveing "strong column weak beam" under the influence of cast-in-place floor slab. the main contents are summarized as follows:(1) Two reinforced concrete frame structure is designed by SAP2000 software, frame structure with cast-in-place slab and frame structure without slab,Pushover analysis method were carried out to study the failure mechanism of structure. the conclusion is that the cast-in-place floor slab can significantly increase the stiffness of the structure, reduce the performance of structure deformation, the frame structure appears column hinge mechanism.(2) Through pushover analysis of the RC frame models with four different endpoint bending moment intensification factors, the influences of the endpoint bending moment coefficients to the RC frame structure’s yielding mechanism under an earth quake event are analyzed. The conclusion is that the three-level framework structure should increase the moment augment factor of column.(3) Through pushover analysis of two RC frame contrast models with different Way of Beam reinforcement arrangement, In order to consider the influences of the Plate reinforcement. the conclusion is that putting 30% of the area of the beam end reinforcement to the effective flange width which act as Plate reinforcement, Structure can achieve better energy dissipation mechanism.(4) Through pushover analysis of the RC frame models with different axial compression ratio limiting values, the influences of axial compression ratio limiting values to the RC frame structure’s yielding mechanism under an earth quake event are analyzed. The results of analyzeing show:as the frame column section size increases, the axial compression ratio decreases, and the structure can be better "strong column weak beam" mechanism under seismic action; the axial compression ratio limiting values should be reduced.
