At present, with the continuous improvement of the level of logistics informationization, The demand of people for logistics information platform hasn’t been only limited to the query and release of information. How to provide the better information and intelligent decision to users is the key point of the research in this field. Focus on the road logistics industry, As the aorta of logistics transportation industry, We can find that road logistics industry of our country exists some problem which can be find obviousely such as the outdated technology and inefficiencies, The vehicle’s empty loading rate has been high, the main reason that caused this sitution is the asymmetry of the supply and demand information of capacity and the lack of credit evaluation system of the industry, at the same time, these problems also contain the promotion of the online services in the industry.Firstly, this paper has been summarized the current situation of the development of the road logistics industry in our country and analyzed the existing problems in this industry, then builded capacity scheduling evaluation model based on vehicle supervision platform on the basis of the above situation. Combined with the feature of different indexes, design the corresponding measures. Secondly, constructed the capacity of service and credibility evaluation evaluation model that concerned by all the highway logistics industry currently. Handling cargo services customer evaluation data that created during the application by the the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method which based on the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP). In the second round of the capacity evaluation model of multi-objective comprehensive evaluation process, put forward the comprehensive evaluation method with the combining of BP neural network model and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the capacity. Combined with the sample data, desiged simulation experiment, to verify the feasibility of the model and algorithm, and put forward the improvement train of thought. These ideas can make the applicability of the BP neural network model in this problem greatly increased. In the end, I wroted the simulation system, Implementd the main function that will be used in the process of the capacity scheduling, the capacity scheduling process involves the main function in the interface implementation. From the point of the evaluation results, the model basically met the requirements of the capacity evaluation, The evaluation results are reasonable and effective.The evaluation model has moved the capacity of the filter and scheduling process of road logistics to online, formed a closed operation process from the production of capacity demands to the generating of waybill. The evaluation model considered the reasonable scheduling of capacity and the reasonable configuration of capacity resource while meet the demand of the shipper for the capacity, providing a new thought and method for reducing the empty loading rate of truck and improving the low efficiency problem of road freight industry.
