In recent years, a large number of wharf structures have been built in our country, engineering quality problems are not uncommon, so the research on the durability of the concrete structure of wharf has important theoretical and practical significance. Steel corrosion is the main factor that affects the durability of concrete structure in the harbor engineering, concrete carbonation and chloride ion erosion is the main reason for the corrosion of steel bar. In this paper, we make experimental detection to evaluate the durability of Rizhao port berth dock, conducting study of carbonation depth model for wharf concrete structure based on the detection data. Finally, according to the actual situation of concrete in the port, the maintenance scheme is given.1. Summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of concrete durability, especially the research results of concrete carbonation and chloride ion erosion, and the mechanism of carbonation, chloride ion erosion and corrosion of steel bar are analyzed;2. The compressive strength, carbonation depth, resistance to chloride ion penetration, corrosion potential and protective layer thickness of the concrete structures in the port area are tested, and evaluating durability of wharf concrete structure based on the relevant specifications. The compression strength, carbonation depth, resistance to chloride ion penetration, corrosion potential and protection layer thickness of the wharf in the port area are in accordance with the specification or design requirements;3. It introdued a variety of practical carbonation depth prediction model, the carbonation depth of concrete of the port was predicted; by comparing and analyzing the predicted value and the measured value, predicted values of carbonation models with the water cement ratio and cement content as the main influencing factors such as Zhang Ling-mao model and Huang Shi-yuan model were in accord with the actual test values. Such models can be used to predict the carbonation depth of concrete in port and wharf and provide the basis for the analysis of the concrete durability of wharf;4. The damage of concrete structure in the port area is tested, the main problem is the local spalling of concrete, cracks and steel corrosion. In order to avoid aggravating corrosion damage of concrete, protection measures should be taken immediately. Take the method of chiseling, rust removal, repair for concrete spalling, cracks and corrosion problems, and the concrete surface silane impregnation method was used to prevent corrosion of the structure.
