Along with the advance of our country industry, the equipment manufacturing industry has been development rapidly, the annual cooling equipment production belongs to the forefront in the whole world, which provide strong support and guarantee for the industrial production, but at the same time, large numbers of the equipment using has brought the tremendous burden to our country present resources situation, equipment of water supply and demand contradictions increasingly obvious.Water resources is an important part of the national economy development,so the state of energy conservation requirements for industrial equipment in increase year by year. Evaporative condenser conforms to energy saving and emission reduction in the national strategy of cooling equipment,it has a lot of attention in the HAVC and so on various fields of national economy, the development trend is good.This paper concentrates on the structure of the evaporative condenser in the heat exchange efficiency and energy saving design, using the CFD software simulate the evaporative condenser heat transfer process, and starting from the practical application, provide model support for the equipment optimization design and practical operation and theoretical basis.First analyzed the principle of evaporative condenser of heat and mass transfer theory and heat transfer characteristics, and introduces the calculation method of the heat transfer coefficient and temperature drop process of refrigerant, the structure calculation theory of evaporative condenser and the combination of the actual engineering calculation of evaporative condenser, finishing the current normal general design method of the structure of the evaporative condenser, analyzed the process of heat and mass transfer of the evaporative condenser,determine the heat transfer mathematical model of evaporative condenser, and use the method of simulation research the difference of pipe and elliptical tube evaporative in cooling heat transfer, and the same air velocity and air inlet area under different tube spacing effect on the performance of evaporative condenser heat transfer.Analysis and comparison the research results, get out of the parameter changes, to provide theoretical basis for evaporative condenser structure.Secondly from the Angle of the practical engineering application, combining with engineering examples of evaporative condenser replacement project, analyze the energy consumption of the project and the electricity consumption.In detail and summarizes the installation error of the evaporative condenser in engineering application and daily maintenance and matters needing attention, etc.
